Orang2 seringkali gak bisa bedakan risiko pekerjan vs. kesalahan sistemik, menurutku.
Risiko pekerjaan itu misalnya kalo jadi obgyn, ya harus stand by on call 24 jam. Sebab, kelahiran bisa terjadi kapan aja.
Kalo digaji/pendapatan rendah itu sih bukan risiko pekerjaan. Itu sih masalah sistemik. Ini terjadi pada nakes, guru, dll.
Makanya, masih banyak orang yang dengan mudah bilang “Ya itu kan pilihanmu, udah risikonya gitu” atau “Siapa suruh jadi honorer”.
