If Venus is within 9 degrees direct motion or 8 degrees retrograde motion from Sun, Astangata Venus results.
One can strengthen this Venus but it won’t give full result.
But if retrograde and at least 8 degrees away from Sun, or direct motion and 9 degrees away from Sun, Venus in Libra is powerfully placed to give the result of what it denotes in a chart.
If not in Vikatamsa in Navamsa, it can give excellent results.
