My procurement signals: ask AI vendors whether their models can generate reproducible, auditable predictions for trial covariates. If not, they may be unsuitable for regulated research workflows.

LLMs can significantly sharpen randomised control trials (RCT) analysis. My key take aways: Add predictions as covariates. Pre-specify model and checks. Look hardest when covariates are weak or text-heavy. Below↴↴
