Quincy Jones was a true musical Don, from Ray Charles, Sinatra, Michael Jackson; more recently championing Jacob Collier and beyond. As a kid his major influence for me was the soundtrack to the Italian Job. Yes the Self Preservation Society was penned by him. Thank you Maestro you changed the World. RIP

Some people have asked where I was during the broadcast of the final "Curb" episode Sunday night. I was in Desert Hot Springs, having dinner with my friend Bill Marx (yes, son of Harpo). As usual, it was time well spent.

@petepaphides I once got cash out of an ATM at the Beverly Centre for Posh Spice, who was struggling. Life on the hedge, eh?
