I am so proud to be a part of this team with the toughness and coaching to win a rivalry game on the road and in the rain!

Alongside my awesome specialist teammates, I'm holding the trophy for the longest running rivalry in NCAA D2 athletics -- the 140th game between South Dakota Mines and BH State. What an honor it was to hit 2 field goals and go 3/3 on PATs in this historic game!

Another day, another lift. 85kg snatch, 110kg clean and jerk, and 145kg for 4x3 back squat.

Looks like all that lifting is paying off -- finished my workout going 6/6 from 50 yards, and it it felt pretty easy.

Spring weight training for explosiveness and strength. 155 lb snatches still moving well on the fifth set.

I was blessed to be part of this amazing SMU team for the past two years, and am so grateful for the friendship, coaching, education, and experiences I have been given. That said, I have made the tough decision to enter the transfer portal with 3 years of eligibility. Pony up!
