@NickGibbUK I am the headteacher of a Primary school that is not a Free school or an Academy and I know my children receive a high quality of education. I believe it has nothing to do with whether a school is an Academy/ Free school but the quality of teaching and learning !!!!

We have now reached a landmark, where more than 50% of all pupils in state funded schools attend an academy or free school.
