Democracy assumes citizens capable of deliberation. There is no democracy among lizards and no democracy among citizens stuck in lizard brains. Brain science can measure the deliberation time of a decision. The deliberation times of all citizens is a measure of democracy.

@sdql what field do I use to get the half time score of a game? "margin at the half" works, but I can't get the actual score.
