@sebaseek VeWorld is currently in a crash loop for me. Resetting the wallets doesn’t seem to fix this. On version 2.4.13

@sully60894846 @VetMaik Hi sir , we are looking at this, when you say you cannot connect to stargate you mean you cannot even connect the wallet to the platform or you mean you cannot sign, thanks in advance

@VetMaik Yes aware of the scammers 👍 so ledger x vechain app is V1.3.1 and seems the latest ledger app. Ledger firmware is V2.133.0 & yes contract & multiclause are enabled on the vechain app and it’s open when connecting to VeWorld. Same issue cannot connect to stargate or transact!

Dear #vefam anyone having an issue accessing stargate or signing anything with ledger x connected. I always get as far as this screen and then nothing. Bluetooth is active on the ledger and is working with other apps just not Vechain and VeWorld? Ideas?

@sebaseek hi I have b3tr that’s gone missing from my wallet that I earned from st3pr and I was just wondering if I should be concerned it was only 20 or so but not sure what to make of it please help thank you

@mcvetpants This is technically feasible to do, we could implement batch unstaking so that would remove a lot of pain on the user side, I’ll check a bit more on this

@sebaseek Well, while I have you here - are there any plans for a simple upgrade system for Stargate NFTs? For example, if you have 4 dawn nodes, and then get a 5th - it’s more cost effective to consolidate into a single 50k node, but the current process is a bit involved.

@sebaseek @WeWantZeMoney @vechainofficial So I see the auto-renew in x days when I click down onto each individual NFT. But not from the view that shows all of the NFTs. Since I have multiple NFTs with different dates, it would be convenient if the auto-renew date info was also populated for each NFT on the dashboard

.@vechainofficial @sebaseek Idea to improve the stargate UI slightly - can we display the renewal timeline/date on each NFT directly on the dashboard view? It would be easier than having to click down on each one to see.
