@drmartens Your customer service is SOOOO frustrating. I returned 2 pairs of shoes in the same box. Collected from my house & confirmed delivered to you. One pair has been refunded, the other hasn’t. Upon contacting you, I’ve since been asked to provide confirmation of tracking, & then of collection from my house - which is essentially the same thing. How is it you can refund only 1 item from the same delivery, not both - and then expect all this faff from my end?! Absolutely being put off DMs right now. #PoorCustomerService #NotTheFirstTime
