(Except if the child is older than 16 then the child must consent). Now IF your name is not on the birth certificate as the father, and you suspect the baby is not yours, you must get the mother’s authorisation to do a DNA test- which she will likely refuse once there are paternity disputes, and there are fears you won’t continue to send money to her once the DNA test shows you are not the father. So this crook here is advising young ladies to not put any man’s name on the birth certificate so that they can hang the baby on any man they wish, and the man will be unable to demand a DNA test yet he can be compelled by a court to care for that child for 16years, until the child is old enough to get a job.
