@AtrociousJake @dragonothica Yes. Because technically Luffy still has "summoning sickness" (IDK what term OP use here) so when your opp went down to 4 dons, Luffy loses the ability to attack this turn so he can't attack anymore.

ruling question I've never played GP until today
When I played my rush Luffy, my opp. had 6 don in total. He then GGG'd and then I lost the ability to have rush on this Luffy.
So the way this interaction works is that Luffy doesn't PERMANTELY gain rush, it's a constant check?
