I respectfully disagree. As a professional who sees a load of people with issues that can be fixed by just training their CORE this is poor advice man. Your core isn’t just the abs, you have your hips, pelvis and lower back too. Uneducated take smh 🤦🏿‍♂️

@slptpro @QuickestTempa The funniest thing about this clip is he actually highlights the importance of core work when he says " he working more on performance and has started working his core" then tries to diminish its value.

@slptpro I agree with your take. I think what he meant was abs, most people just use the word core interchangeably and can be misleading

@slptpro Makes him seem more of a juice head with the fact he’s so uneducated but managed to maintain such an impressive physique over 30+ years of age

@slptpro Tell them professor Ess Ell Pee Tee Strenffff of di blek penthaaaa. His physique is impressive but its a classic uneducated American take. Im sure he attested core to solely abs which is what I think he means but still.... waffling.

On top of that most people have back issues due to lack of pelvic stability, and guess what? That’s part of your core - big waist or not! This take is so dumb because it caters to just having a small waist which means absolutely nothing regarding overall health and performance

On top of that performance > aesthetics. Why do you think a lot of people have back and posture issues? Lack of CORE stability and strength, I hate when these social media influencers dabble in fitness because they’re shredded and probably on drugs too. Kmt

@bombdiggy__ I’ll never understand. I have kids, and I always ask myself if I’d be happy to see my normal behaviour in them. Simple life

I’m above going back and forth with people on here for pointless things. It’s much better to block you. You won’t see my tweets and I won’t see yours. Some of you your energy is in hell and I can’t match it because I am not in hell

You are not supposed to do heavy benching more than once a week, to progress your bench, you need to have only one heavy bench a week and do a bunch of bench variation throughout the week Larsen press Close grip bench Incline bench Dumbbell bench Paused bench Tempo bench Board bench The choice of your bench variation, should depend on your sticking point and your recovery time
🧸@AlbertPullhoesz

@UseaONE Yes, I use to do monday & thursdays heavy benches, I also saw progression but it exerted a lot of energy for my other lifts throughout the week So again IMO, its just best to go

@slptpro 114 unbroken is insane strength. I did 50 the other day in one set, I could probably have done 15-25 more I reckon. I just always keep my sets 25-50. You’ve got me intrigued to how many I could actually rep out now.
