the obligation part is more straightforward: there is no dietary framework that prescribes ice cream
the guilt part deserves more elaboration than fit in the tweet. if you honestly report ice cream consumption then you have self-selected past the guilt barrier. anxious restrictions will not eat it; shame-driven eaters will not report. those remaining in the survey results are those with a non-tortured relationship to food and pleasure.

harvard can't figure out why ice cream eaters are healthier. it's because ice cream is the only food nobody eats out of obligation or guilt. the food diary is an accidental personality test and "eats ice cream on purpose, reports it honestly" is just measuring internal locus of control

Another thing that seems impossible to find is a good full slip/under-dress. Cotton or rayon, narrow straps, low wide neckline that won't peek out, fitted bodice and flared just-above-the-knee skirt. With NO pleats/gathers/details/texture that will show under the outer dress.
