- Less Pokémon than Pokémon Stadium 2
- No 6v6 battles
- Performance issues even on Switch 2
- Slow, clunky menus
- Always online required, no more local wireless battles
- Tons of competitive items removed
- Rental Teams becoming completely useless
- Have to add all your friends again, doesn’t use your Switch friend list
- No single player content at all

Welp Pokémon Champions is dead on arrival for me.
No PvE tournament, no 6v6 private/ casual games,forget ranked 6v6 LOL. And that’s just to name a few things.
This game is not even a battle simulator, it’s a VGC simulator.
Praying that they’ll update the game on day one is bad.
