I weighed myself and gained 0.5kg so 1lbs I thought it would’ve been more but I’m assuming the face fat is more bloating for the sugar and salty stuff I’ve eaten

when i began gaining and convinced myself and my family that I was in recovery when in reality I was about to relapse so badly

I’ve highkey over eaten this week I just know I gained 😐
