In Paul D Tripp's book, LEAD, he reminds the reader that "In ministry, success and failure are not a matter of results, but are defined by faithfulness." On the other hand, he adds "Ministry laziness and unfaithfulness are failure."

If it is of The Lord, don't wait until your heart is in it to do it but rather do it until your heart is in it.
