🚨🇺🇸 24 members of Congress are calling for Trump's removal over a single post That says more about the political temperature than the legal reality The 25th Amendment isn’t a “bad idea” button. It was designed for incapacity, think coma, stroke, or a president who’s clearly unable to discharge the job. It’s about function, not judgment. Mechanically, it’s narrow and hard to use. The VP and a majority of the Cabinet declare the president unfit and transfer power. If the president contests, Congress steps in, and it takes a 2/3 vote in both chambers to keep them sidelined. That’s an extremely high bar, closer to emergency continuity than political discipline. So invoking the 25th over rhetoric runs into a wall immediately: You’d need the president’s own Cabinet to agree he’s incapacitated, then supermajorities in Congress to sustain it. What this moment actually shows is how fast escalation now works. One post can compress weeks of political pressure into hours. But the removal mechanisms haven’t changed. Why does everything feel like theater? We have a Congress that won't pass something 83% people want. We have a judicial system that doesn’t hold criminals accountable. We have an education system that doesn’t educate. We have a non-profit system that profits from our tax dollars. We have a health care industry that profits from you staying sick. We have a financial industry that needs you to stay in debt. We have an insurance industry that fights every single claim. It just all feels so fake, so theatrical.

Australia's most decorated living veteran, Ben-Roberts Smith, faces war crime charges on allegations he ki__ed 5 unarmed Afghans while serving there in 2009 and 2012. Roberts-Smith ,a former Special Air Service Regiment corporal who was awarded both the Victoria Cross and the Medal of Gallantry, for his Afghanistan service. This political compass map may look nonsensical at first, but it follows a consistent internal logic. Within the rules-based international order, freedom is not understood as a set of inherent natural rights that must be protected. Instead, it is framed as a continuous process of negotiation, where individuals and groups form voluntary associations through multilateral institutions. From that perspective, being born into a particular nation or culture is seen more as bondage. Look at the map again with that definition of "freedom" in your head. It'll snap into place. American political traditions and the globalist framework rest on fundamentally different epistemological foundations. The American model is grounded in the idea of natural rights; the globalist model prioritizes institutionalized pluralism and negotiated order. You can see this distinction in Soros’s own words:

I worked my ass off to try to help Kamala win in 2024, even though I’m a Tea Party conservative who disagrees with her on most policy. So I got very little patience for these voices on the far left now telling Democrats what they gotta do to win when these same far left voices couldn’t even bring themselves to vote for/support Kamala in 2024 bcuz of Gaza, or no different than Trump, or whatever.
