Ugh I swear Brian just made things worse for himself because now I’ve seen multiple people say they are going to purposely go to that beach. I hope they don’t.

I promise the majority of locals do not care who he is… the private beach thing is a huge debate and not just with him. Only a handful of people even went up to him at songwriters fest. Locals aren’t trying to cause problems bc of the celebrity status. They want the beach access.

Not my photo but I thought it was good for context. This is a public beach access spot steps from his house. It is mostly used by the local neighborhood as there is very little parking. Most people going to this beach live close by. This sand is public and then the areas directly in front of homes that is above the median high tide are private. The wet sand areas are considered public.

I’ve seen some misconceptions but for the most part people going to that area of the beach are locals trying to use the same beach they have their entire life. Nobody cares about him. Many celebrities have homes in 30A. That guy was sitting in public domain not bothering anyone.
