We were able to say our goodbyes over a video call, and now I’m trying to let him go peacefully. Because Hongsam had been sick, I think I had been preparing myself mentally for this for a while MIDZYs always asked about Hongsam and Insam, both in my letters and elsewhere, and you cared for them almost as much as I did. Because of that, I felt a little less heartbroken and very grateful. I’m sure Hongsam felt grateful too. I’ll send him off well, carrying all of MIDZY’s love with him.
