Hey everybody, it’s been a while!
Finally, after a lot of back and forth via several calls and meetings with our manufacturers we have news to share with y’all!
Most of you who have been checking our Discord server have an idea of why we have been experiencing delays for some of our products. For those who aren’t in our server, this update will help clarify a lot of this while also providing updates on where everything stands.

DECK BOXES:
After receiving our Hashira & Kitt deck boxes, unfortunately more than half of them came defective and we had to get them remade. As a result, we had to take down our remaining purchasable stock.
We were also extremely concerned about our other deck boxes (I:P, Quickdraw, Marine, etc.) and chose to temporarily suspend production in order to avoid further issues until our manufacturer can fix the production issue.
Thankfully our manufacturer offered to remake our Hashira and Kitt deck boxes! These have arrived at our warehouse over the past weekend and we are overjoyed to tell you that these have passed QC on our end!
That said, the remade Hashira & Kitt deck boxes are officially on hand and ready to ship!
For those who preordered the Kitt deck box with the field center, we are still waiting on the field center to arrive. If you want to swap out the field center for something else, please message us via our website chat system and we will work something out with you.
All the other presale deck boxes are expected to finish production before the end of year.
Shipping around this time of year tends to be difficult to predict due to the increased volume of shipments for the holidays, so please note that shipment may experience delays as a result. Our current shipping estimate for the presale deck boxes are before the end of the year as the best case scenario or sometime around January/February as the worst case scenario. Instead of providing the ever changing ETAs from our manufacturer, we have decided to provide an ETA that factors in possible holiday delays amongst other possible delays.
SLEEVES:
Due to consistent alignment issues, we are unable to proceed with sleeve projects until we are able to resolve this and produce sleeves that meet our quality standards.
If you placed an order for sleeves, please reach out via our website’s chat system to discuss an exchange for your order as our system does not allow us to process refunds after a certain period of time.
PLUSHIES:
There was an unintended design flaw on our Snow Rabbit Neck Pillow plush where the ears posed a hazard (tips of ears may hurt eyes when worn). After numerous revisions, we managed to fix this issue and feel confident enough to reopen preorders for this product.
Due to the unpredictable nature of holiday shipping times, please note that your order may take longer to process as they may be slower to arrive at our warehouse.
Current ETA for these are set for end of year to be safe.

DICE:
The 5 designs that were missing from our massive dice shipment are currently pending plating. Unfortunately, due to the very low order quantity for each design, our manufacturer has set us as the lowest priority for their staff. Meaning, our orders get done in between other larger orders. This explains why we kept experiencing multiple delays and issues with production. We are doing everything we can to get these dice to our customers who have been patiently waiting.
For those who no longer wish to wait, we are providing compensation to opt out of your preorder. The compensation is $40 credit towards any item in our store per each presale dice set that has not arrived (only applies to the 5 designs we didn’t receive) + 1x Spell Counter die.
