Can I just say that she is obviously in an Assisted Living Facility. She does not require constant care and can freely come and go, and is basically in an apartment, there is ZERO FUCKING REASONS that these elderly are getting bilked for their retirement… 12,000.00 a month!!! It’s a literal crime…

Todays Dinner. Fake Tostada with minced meat,roasted peppers and onion, crispy roasted black chickpeas, tomatos, red opnion, radish and Feta. It was so freaking delicious. We also each had a big salad on the side to fill us up.
