If his estate is making the call to keep his presence in films alive, then it's great! A year ago, when @LYLLegacy and I started this, we were saying this would be one of the many fascinating things about AI that would come to pass. Storylines can continue on long past the lifespan of a key actor. Musical artists can keep right on making music for the fans! It's all in the realm of possibility now. The only limitations left now are what we allow to hold us back.

It comes down to their family’s decision. If they’re okay with it, then I think it’s okay. It’s not our place to judge. Like personally, I miss my late father. But as much as I miss him, I wouldn’t bring him back with AI for family photos or videos. I’d rather remember him through real photos or simply in my memories.
