The little guy is home for good! This is as his bilirubin levels dropped and he gained weight! He had: - 76 days in hospital - 3 operations - Sepsis, Covid and a central line infection - Ultrasounds, x-rays, contrasts, blood tests, canulas Our next adventure as a family starts!

Well that's thrown me! Two masked nurses just turned up at my front door expecting to give me a covid vaccine booster. Totally unexpected. I had to make a quick decision. Decided it's a "no" today. I just can't risk losing any more function. Dear God, I hope I don't catch covid

It's a good thing this little guy is so cute! Mummy spent the first half of the night worrying why he wasn't as interested in his bottles. Daddy spent at least 30 minutes after his bottle trying to help him poo. Decides he's only going to poo once he's tucked back in bed 🤣

@saintchrisobee True but if it was a healthcare number or something like that, I'd be worried I'd missed something. And one of those numbers, above, is the same number as my mum's area.

Little Hog update: 20 ticks removed and it's too small to be released safely. So, this little one will stay with the rescue lady for a few weeks until big enough to fend for itself 🤞🙏💚

Just 3 adult 🦔 visiting last night. The baby hedgehog rescued y'day was obviously the one that's been coming to the feeder for the previous 9 nights. It must've been <100g when it 1st arrived 🥺💗! A clip from Thurs night - you can see 1 of the ticks on the side of its throat😢

Went to bring in the wheelie bin earlier & found a hoglet out in the sunshine 😧. I don't know if it's the same one that's been visiting but the wonderful 🦔rescue lady has collected it and will update me later. Weight 150g. Tiny little life-form 💞

Big hedgehog squeeeezed into Baby hedgehog’s feeder last night. Thankfully, Baby regained ownership but only after most of the food had been eaten. Numbers visiting have plummeted to just 2 or 3. Many are hibernating early (lack of natural food sources?😢) @PTES
