#ACR2025 Traffic offences dropped by 24.4% in 2025 compared to 2024 — from 426,432 to 322,441 cases, according to Traffic Director AIGP Lawrence Nuwabiine. The drop is attributed to the aggressive road safety campaigns in communities, schools, and churches.

In 2025, a total of 196,405 cases were reported compared to 218,715 in 2024, which represents a 10.2% drop. - 115,301 of these were forwarded to the ODPP. - 79,291 were taken to court - 24,899 secured convictions. - 43,551 are still on trial. #ACR2025
