A highlight of my job is talking math with students. Having them model their work and share their thinking and rationale is important. As a part of our SIP math goal, we are learning to use the CRA model and manipulative’s in our teaching practice. @TLDSB

Mrs. Everitt’s class is practicing using the problem solving model during their math warm up time this morning. Owen shared that he would use the stack and multiple strategy”. Nolan chose to use manipulative’s. Jordan drew representations. Way to go grade 6/7’s! @TLDSB
