As a society, can we please stop asking women when/if they’re going to have children? There are two reasons why women wouldn’t have children! 1) they don’t want to. OR 2) they can’t. Either way, it’s NONE OF YOUR DAMN BUSINESS

@kailacward Was having a conversation last week with someone about how millennials are more likely to take a lower paying job if it comes with benefits & Gen Z is more likely to take a higher paying job with no benefits. I haven’t seen research on this, but was an interesting concept.
