That although they didn’t have it, the medication was in the system and we should call other cvs pharmacies bc it’s in stock somewhere. So we did. And luckily found it on the fourth try only 15 minutes from our house. But these medication shortages are stressful and unacceptable

My oldest child is on Concerta for ADHD. There is currently a shortage. Our mail away pharmacy which has been unaffected until now didn’t have his dosage anymore. We called our local pharmacies. They didn’t have it. But the very kind person at my local cvs said
