@Avery19980928 @ChrisDavisMMJ Dems wrote the playbook on this, GOP is just playing catch-up. Besides the Supreme Court has already ruled that partisan gerrymandering is constitutional.

@ts4271 @ChrisDavisMMJ So are you going to advocate for a national ban on gerrymandering then? If not then i don't care and don't complain

Senator Blackburn, who is running for Tennessee Governor, is advocating to redraw the Congressional maps to give Tennessee all Republican representation in DC.
Marsha Blackburn@VoteMarsha

I urge our state legislature to reconvene to redistrict another Republican seat in Memphis. It's essential to cement @realDonaldTrump’s agenda and the Golden Age of America. I've vowed to keep Tennessee a red state, and as Governor, I'll do everything I can to make this map a reality.

~35% of Tennessee are Democrats. @MarshaBlackburn wants to strip them of any representation at all, even in MEMPHIS. Downright un-American.

Over a third of Tennessee voters vote Democratic. They deserve representation. Our state Senate, House and US House districts have been gerrymandered to squash their voice. Pure, unabashed, evil fascism.

@TNSenateDems This is Democrats lying by telling only half the story. Spending per student does not determine education outcomes. Tennessee does a more efficient job of educating students versus higher spending states. And our test scores prove it.

Ever wonder what it looks like when Republicans know they cannot win free and fair elections? This is it. Tennessee Republicans are openly trying to rig the system and silence voters because they fear the will of the people.

Let’s be super clear: This right here— depriving Tennessee public schools of badly needed resources, while sending money to his friends at private schools, driven by religious ideology… will be @GovBillLee’s lasting legacy.

SEN. @yarbro: “AN EMBARRASSMENT… putting hundreds of millions into private school vouchers diminishes 💰available to invest in teachers & public schools.” TN is DEAD LAST in per pupil spending — @jadamlowe (R) calls it a “false flag indicator”🤔 Full: wkrn.com/news/tennessee…

@footieuk @FA4428655 @DrJStrategy More nonsense, Europeans were desperate to keep America involved in Europe for their own benefit. NATO‘s first secretary general, Lord Ismay, very clearly stated the European view of the purpose of NATO: “Keep the Russians out, the Americans in, and the Germans down”.

@ts4271 @FA4428655 @DrJStrategy Western Europe has been in an alliance with USA that has kept the world safe for 80 years. That may be changing now because of the current administration. it has always been the US who wanted to have a defensive umbrella over Europe, because they wanted power over Europe

For the record. Sec of War sets the record straight. The Era of Free Riding is over. Welcome to the new great game. The era of free riding is over. For three decades, US power underwrote global security, open sea-lanes and cheap energy while allies and rivals alike built comfortable welfare states, outsourced industry, and moralised about American politics. That world died in the Strait of Hormuz, where Washington’s refusal to automatically reopen the oil spigot made clear that US protection is a choice, not a law of nature. The new organising principle is the New Great Game: a contest over energy, chokepoints, data and money in which America seeks to de‑risk, not decouple, from China. That means reshoring or friend‑shoring critical production, hardening maritime power, and modernising dollar rails so that capital, not just carriers, projects strength. Countries that continue to assume someone else will guarantee their security, energy and growth will find themselves squeezed by tariffs, supply shocks and conditional protection. Those that invest in productive capacity, real defence and credible alliances can share in a new peace dividend: lower geopolitical risk, faster innovation and rising living standards. The message from Washington is blunt: contribute, or be treated as a bystander. Welcome to the New Great Game.
Fox News@FoxNews

BREAKING: Secretary of War Pete Hegseth calls out America's allies: "The time for free riding is over." "America and the free world deserve allies who are capable, who are loyal, and who understand that being an ally is not a one way street." "We barely use the Strait of Hormuz as a country. Our energy doesn't flow through there, and we have plenty of energy." "We are not counting on Europe, but they need the Strait of Hormuz much more than we do, and might want to start doing less talking and having less fancy conferences in Europe and getting a boat."

The central point, that you’re working so hard to avoid, is that Western Europeans don’t spend anything close to what it takes to defend themselves, they refused to. They have a pronounced sense of entitlement to massive, multi generational defense subsidies from America. But those days are now over. Good luck.

@ts4271 @FA4428655 @DrJStrategy All NATO countries pay more for their own defence than they contribute to NATO. If the US want to spend a trillion a year on its defence, that’s rather up to the US. No other country in the world does that…. But no other country in the world goes on the rampage every 10 years

Dishonest nonsense. “NATOs budget” is simply the overhead cost of operating the NATO organization. The numbers that matter in a mutual defense alliance are the amount that each nation is spending on its military forces and how much combat power they bring to the alliance. And the United States, spends vastly more on that in both absolute terms and as a percentage of GDP. And you know that, you’re simply being deceptive.

@KesendraB @SenFettermanPA It doesn’t matter whether it’s government sponsored , it’s a high security event. It requires a high security venue. If you were smart, you would understand that.

Your navy has more admirals than it has warships and your army has more horses in its ceremonial units than it has main battle tanks in its combat units. Oh, and a large portion of the SAS just resigned in protest over your government’s abuse and lawfare against your veterans. But other than that, you’re in fine shape militarily.
