@rajeshlalwani Audience is not confused. They have a very specific utility for Oyo. This advertisement misleads audience towards that utility.😂😂😂

@AvoiceofBihar People have stopped writing by themselves. Everything is AI written now.

India just fixed a small gap with outsized impact. The new “Missing Link” on the Mumbai–Pune Expressway cuts about 6 km and saves roughly 20–30 minutes—but the real story is reliability.
This stretch bypasses the congested and accident-prone ghat section, replacing slow, winding roads with tunnels and bridges built for speed and consistency.
That matters because infrastructure isn’t just about distance—it’s about predictability. Fewer bottlenecks mean smoother logistics, lower fuel costs, and less uncertainty for businesses and commuters. Over time, that compounds into real economic gains.
There’s also a second-order effect: connectivity reshapes geography. Areas like Lonavala and Karjat become more viable for housing and investment as commute times shrink.
Bottom line: this isn’t just a road upgrade. It’s a reminder that targeted infrastructure fixes—not mega overhauls—can unlock disproportionate economic and social value when they remove critical choke points.

The Cultural difference between Indians and the white People..
He is Heinrich Klassen, He earns around 30 Crore from IPL every year.
He earns around another 8-10 Crores from other Leagues.
He is currently in Hyderabad with his Wife and Daughter.
Today, he wanted to take his family for a ride and he booked an Auto .
He could have easily hired a luxury car for his family but he still chose to travel by auto in 40 Degrees.
In India, if someone earns 10 Lakh Per month, He/she will never sit in an auto because that may hurt their Status in the society!!
English

We buy not more than 40,000 to 50,000 luxury cars a year. If you remove corporates, star hotels, tourism industry and so on - 25,000 to 30,000 households only buy luxury cars ever year.
I shared recently how the total luxury cars running on the Indian road contains less than half a million households, a meager 0.15% of India’s households.
Many in personal finance lacks sense of proportion. That's why they come out with retirement corpus numbers like Rs.40 crores.

English

Came across this video on instagram where two people are talking about corpus.
Host says she is 40yo and would like to retire by 60. Her monthly expense is 200,000 INR.
Guest who manages a PMS responds that she needs 40 crores.
What is happening in India? I am genuinely curious and not criticizing these two people.

@amankrai28 Literally every sports product is to make ordinary person feel like an athlete, and the easiest way that can be achieved is by usin the same products as dem.
Your statement -“Mediocre runners… signifies that only elite runners should buy these shoes, which is opp of how it works
English

Many mediocre runners will look at this and be like “Hmm so it was all about the shoe” and then they’ll get the shoe and run a 4 hour marathon in them and probably get injured.
PS: they cost $500 and are already sold out.
PPS: If you can’t run a marathon under 3 hours you need more mileage not the “humanity’s fastest shoe”

@shantanukd Yes. True. I watch many podcasts and Indian ones are among the least researched ones. Their editing and lighting and stuff is great but content is shallow. And podcasts are about deep diving into topics that otherwise would not come up.

At 60-70 lpa CTC, a couple takes 3-4 international holidays a year is a maths that works only on this app. Happy to be corrected.
Anuradha Tiwari@talk2anuradha
I know a married couple who live in same society as I do. Both work from home, with a combined package of over 60 - 70 lakhs. Have a car but hardly go out. Have a pet dog and full-time house help. Rarely go out thanks to Blinkit, Swiggy, UrbanClap, etc. They take one foreign trip every 3-4 months. This is the new lifestyle that many urban couples are living today - either inside a gated society or a flight abroad.

@Kshitij45__ Maybe because matches are at 2 am in the night seriously affecting viewership.

@Stoic_oowl @divz_i_am I never said Hyrox is sports or not. I said YOU havent participated in any. Chances are you are that fat couch potato whose sole job is to be cool behind a fake profile. Get a life bro.
English

Not sure why everyone is crying about people paying 9k for hyrox tickets. It’s a global competition that offers the same experience and equipment for a much lower ticket price in India because we are a famously “price sensitive market”. Indians need to get out of the mindset that money is only spent for status signalling and be open to the possibility that money can be used for enjoying great experiences whether it comes to fitness/food/music etc. Till we break free of this, there will be very few high quality products and experiences in the Indian market and they will be accessibly only to those who can afford to make multiple international trips.
I had been a fan of hyrox for 2 years before it came to India and I’m sure I was one of the first people to register for it here. However, travelling abroad just to check it out simply didn’t feel like a financially responsible decision. However today it’s possible for me to train and set goals across multiple races in India. And now that I’ve trained sincerely for it, I feel good about treating myself to an international race someday.
I’m quite confident that a lot of these people are spending money for status signalling or social approval on absolutely pointless things. I hope that they might be able to understand that there are others who have the free will to build a life that’s enjoyable and meaningful to them in their own way.
English

@Stoic_oowl @divz_i_am I am sure you have never participated in any sports competition in your life.
