Dealing with .@ICEALION has been the most frustrating insurance experience. Despite a comprehensive cover on my new CX‑5 with excess protector, I filed a claim in Jan 2025 which was approved. It’s now Apr 2026 — 16 months! The claim is still unsettled.

This car is good as a write-off. Airbags deployed ! Nothing to repair here

.@ICEALION chose to “repair” the car, oversaw shoddy work, used incompatible parts, and even tried to return it unrepaired while offering “cash in lieu”, when i questioned their work. To date, no settlement and no car😭😭 .@ICEALION settle my claim!

@ICEALION @val_Chep Your agents better not visit our offices,juu tutawafukuza,generally we are very courteous to sales people and even provide tea or a bottled water juu hiyo kazi sio rahisi.. but wa @ICEALION hao sasa ni persona-non-grata in our offices .16 months???!
