राजद की 2025 में बहुत बुरी हार हुई। इतनी कि लगा पार्टी दोबारा कभी सत्ता में आ भी सकती है क्या ? लेकिन ऐसा है नहीं। सही रणनीति के साथ यदि राजद चले तो अगले 5 साल में वो ना केवल भाजपा को कड़ी टक्कर दे सकती है बल्कि सत्ता में भी आ सकती है क्यूंकि राजद के पास एक मजबूत संगठन है, समर्पित कार्यकर्ता हैं और 30 -32 % का एक ठोस वोट बैंक। अब जरुरत है इस वोट बैंक को बढ़ाने की और वो इतना मुश्किल भी नहीं। उसके लिए आवश्यक है बिहार की राजनीती में उपेक्षित वर्गों जैसे सवर्ण और दलित वर्ग को अपने साथ जोड़ना अगर ऐसा होता है तो राजद का मत प्रतिशत 50 % से अधिक हो जायेगा। अब राजद को obc राजनीती से बाहर निकलना होगा क्यूंकि अब obc में ही असली प्रतिस्पर्धा है। obc कोई वर्ग नहीं बल्कि जातियों का समूह है और हर जाति को दूसरी जाति से आगे बढ़ना है। अहीर की असली प्रतिस्पर्धा कुर्मी कोइरी से है नाकी राजपूत भूमिहार या मुसहर धानुक से। वैसे भी राजद में रघुवंश प्रसाद सिंह शिवानंद तिवारी जैसे मजबूत सवर्ण स्तम्भ रह चुके हैं। 2009 में राजद के केवल 4 सांसद बने थे और चारो ही राजपूत थे। तेजस्वी यादव को यदि लम्बी राजनैतिक पारी खेलनी है तो बहुत अधिक मेहनत भी करनी होगी और एक नयी राजनीति की शुरुआत भी करनी होगी। पुरानी राजनीति से अब काम नहीं चलेगा।
