Haha yes so this a particular cuisine of Indian food called Rajasthani food. The Omelet thing is kind of a bread made from special harvests of Rajasthan and the spaghetti looking this is actually fritters dipped in tomato gravy, again a part of Rajasthani cuisine which goes well with certain breads only :)
