We are one week away from traveling to Rowan for the 2026 SJBODA Concert Band Festival! The HS bands will perform on Wednesday March 18th at Pfleeger Hall as part of the festival. Performances are open to the public, parking is outside Wilson Hall. We hope to see you there!

Congrats to the MS Student Council for running a great Senior Citizen Prom! Thanks for all of the hospitality! Congrats as well to the MS Jazz Band on their show and for a great close to their season. Special thanks as well to Mr. DeLoach and the rest of his band for their set!!

Huge thank you to Rutgers University Director of Bands Dr. Todd Nichols for braving the dreary weather to come and work with the bands this morning. It is always great to have Dr. Nichols expertise as the bands prepare for the upcoming SJBODA Concert Band Festival in a few weeks.

It may be cold outside, but we still have some hot Jazz coming this week! On Wednesday, the Jazz Bands perform at the Night of Jazz. The event begins at 7pm in the MS APR. On Friday the HS Band heads to perform at the Overbook Jazz Festival. Come out and support the bands!!

Many thanks to TCNJ Director of Bands Dr. Eric Laprade who visited Clearview this morning to work with our concert bands. It was great having his expertise and musicianship in our band room as all three bands prepare for their performance in March!

Congratulations to 8th grader Chase Shawver for successfully auditioning for the All South Jersey Junior High Band. Chase will perform with one of the ensembles on Flute. Congratulations Chase!

Congratulations to Junior musicians Benjamin Milas and Chase Roberts for their acceptance into the New Jersey Music Educators Association All-State Bands!! Congratulations to both students on their amazing achievement! We look forward to seeing you in February in Atlantic City!

Due to inclement weather, the Clearview Regional HS District will be closed Monday, January 26. At this time, the District will implement a minimum 2-hour delay on Tuesday, January 27, which will be re-evaluated Monday afternoon.

Congratulations to the fifteen Clearview students that participated in the SJBODA Region 3 Honors Bands and Orchestra over the past two weekends. It was fantastic to hear such fantastic music making.

Many thanks to composer Nadine Silverman for visiting rehearsal today to work on her brand new work “Supernova”. It was fantastic to have her musicianship and compositional skill as we worked on the piece. The pierce will premier the work at the Spring Concert on April 16at 7:00p

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Bruce Yurko for visiting with the Wind Ensemble this morning as they work on his poignant piece, “In Memoriam: Kristina”. The Wind Ensemble will perform the work on April 16th. The concert starts at 7pm in the Toscano Theater.

Special congratulations to the 15 Students selected to participate in the @SJBODA Honors Bands. They will travel to Rowan University over the first two weekends in January to rehearse and perform with guest conductors and students from around the region.

World Premier performance happening in April at Clearview. Featured performer Coda Brass Quintet and the Wind Ensemble will give the premier of Nadine Silverman's work, "Supernova". The concert is April 16th in the Toscano Theater and will also feature @ViewPercussion Ensembles.

Belated congratulations to our concert bands and percussion ensembles for their performances last week. All 5 curricular bands and percussion ensembles performed over the two evenings, and it was such a pleasure to see so many family, friends, and alumni in the audience!

Thanks to all that came out to our Craft Fair today! It was amazing to see so many vendors and patrons out on a snowy day. Thanks to all of the volunteers that came out to help. Huge thanks to Lory Roberts, who has run the craft fair for 4 years and keeps it running smoothly!

Back to Back evenings of music incoming from the Clearview Band Program. Join us on Tuesday evening for the MS Bands Winter Concert, then on Wednesday for three High School concert and percussion ensembles. All concerts start at 7:00pm in the Toscano Theater and are free.
