3/6 of my boxes from Melbourne arrived today. These 3 boxes were from the house I walked away from. I left a lot of stuff there when I left & to only come back with 3 boxes is freeing. I donated/binned 90% of my things, including furniture. I feel like I can breathe again.. 🌱

✨I have a sprain in my lower back ✨ Finally caved & went to my very first physio appt yesterday. My L5 to S1 is sprained - makes sense why I've been suffering for 2+ months How did I injure it? Idek , could be a number of things. My lower back is all taped up🫠 feels v weird
