WCPRD Flag System

We are back to yellow flag conditions. All access points at Phil Moore Park and Romanza Johnson Park are open.

We are currently at Red Flag 🚩 conditions. Access points at Phil Moore Park (Olde Stone Side and Main Facility Side) and Romanza Johnson Park will be closed until we reach Yellow Flag conditions again.

We are back into Yellow Flag conditions. All access points at Phil Moore Park and Romanza Johnson Park are open. Currents in some sections of the creek may still be strong, be mindful and use caution.

After the rain that moved through over the weekend, we are currently at Red Flag 🚩 conditions on Drakes Creek. Therefore, both access points at Phil Moore Park will be closed off. Romanza Johnson Park will be closed as well.

It’s been a while since we’ve seen Red Flag 🚩conditions but it’s here. We have posted Red Flags and access points will be closed until we fall back into yellow conditions again.

With water discharge approaching red flag conditions, we are going to close access points at Phil Moore Park (on both sides of the park) until the discharge rate takes a dip back towards yellow flag conditions. Romanza Johnson Park remains closed due to the road closure.

Drakes Creek is still under Red Flag 🚩 conditions. Access points on both sides of Phil Moore Park will remain closed. Romanza Johnson Park remains closed due to the road closure.

Discharge rate has slowed enough to move Drakes Creek back into Yellow Flag conditions. Access points will be reopened today. As always, please remain safe, responsible, and respectful!

Another reminder, Drakes Creek access on the Olde Stone side of Phil Moore Park will be closed off for Operation Anvil until after the event concludes sometime around 4:00pm on Saturday May 24th. Romanza Johnson remains closed due to the road condition.
