Power 4 Schools taking kids from G5 schools and lower should have to pay those schools a transfer fee. The coaches at these schools are doing all the coaching and developing and get left at the altar when big money is thrown at a kid. Would allow the G5 schools and lower to pay some kids, keep coaches around, and make their programs financially healthier.
