@myliishungry i put on a timer on my phone actively remind myself to eat slow small small bites sometimes i draw while eating so i put the plate/bowl down

does anyone have any tips on eating slower?? i feel like everytime i eat my food is gone in less than 5 mins, and i barely feel full😭😭
