hi luvs! you probably noticed i was so ia today, and the thing is that I avoided being online today! I’ve been receiving sm hate both on tiktok and instagram, and even tho i’m a strong person and i have the ability to not get affected by bad comments, when the only thing you keep seeing is negativity, it gets to you one way or another. earlier i went to do some journaling, which is literally what keeps me sane and i was able to talk about everything. i’ve been so nostalgic since yesterday, i don’t have negative thoughts like “feeling hopeless” or like “it’s not working,” but i do end up feeling sad and nostalgic. i miss enhypen, and believe it or not, boycotting the group i love most in the world is affecting me deeply because i truly hate doing it. by the end of my writing, i finally got to feel better (this is why i love journaling). this is what i wrote, and i hope that, if you’re feeling like me, it helps you feel better: “No matter what other people say, I know what I stand for, I know who I am. I’m the girl who watched I-Land excitedly at 14 and fell in love with Nishimura Riki. I’m the girl who predicted the 7-member lineup before it was decided. I’m the girl who voted every day for the members she thought deserved to become stars. I’m the girl who grew up with Enhypen and gave her youth to them. hi fairies, i wanted to address something important that i keep seeing on tl and it’s about jay’s birthday. we are not boycotting something as important as a member’s birthday. i understand many are upset, obviously, but please redirect that anger and turn it into motivation to drop tags and boycott what really needs to be boycotted. a birthday is something so important for a person, celebrating someone you love and cherish them for being alive and existing at the same time with you. jay deserves that, he deserves to know we’re here. he deserves our support more than anything, our love and our words of encouragement, especially when his birthday happens in a moment where everything is hard not only for engene, but for enhypen. boycotting a member’s birthday doesn’t make much sense either but i wanted to address because i’ve seen so many people saying they will do so when in reality this will only affect jay and the rest of the members. sometimes we need to take a step back and read the situation as someone outside of it and determine whether is the right thing or not. in this case, i will kindly ask you, to rethink your actions/plans, not every day has to be a war, it’s okay to celebrate for just a single day, especially if it’s a member’s birthday. #ENGENEs_Made_ENHYPEN_7 #Boycott_HYBE_BELIFTLAB
