When I started ecom 1.5 years ago, I didn't know how it was possible to reach more than 100 orders/day. Yesterday, we did more than 1000+ orders in a single day across our 2 stores. Let me explain to you how (the realistic version). Read until the end When I start something new, I always ask myself: who are the best in this game? This is how you spot the best groups and legit people. So, I quickly wanted to work with the french G @KahelEcom, and then found @spencepawliw & @shauneng and their Evolve Community. I joined them 1 year ago, where I learned everything about building a business and understanding deep marketing, not just surface-level marketing. I realized that hiring good players is the most important skill you need to master. I hired a video editor from @karlocreates' community, who became a very good creative strategist very quickly. And now we're training our new editors through his course. This is the "quick" story, but the truth is we doubted ourselves more than once. We stayed stuck between $200k-$300k/month for almost a year. Sometimes it's difficult when you see big dashboards every day from random people on Twitter; you wonder why everybody is making $$$ except you. But the reality is, we only show our BEST and BIGGEST results here to farm interaction, exactly what I’m doing here, btw 🤝 So I’m being 100% transparent with you: don't think you're bad just because you're not doing the numbers you want yet. It will fucking happen to you if you stick to your plan and never stop learning. The moment you stop learning because you think you know everything is the beginning of your fall... Don't overthink too much too, 90% of your focus needs to be on the ads. (I am an overthinker too, so I know how easy it is to find excuses for yourself) We’re still new in this game. Arrêtez d’aller à Bali. 90% des mecs là-bas sont en remote pour des boîtes bullshit et gagnent le SMIC. Ils vivent “bien” mais ils ne construisent rien. Perso, j’ai jamais autant gagné d'argent et grandi depuis que je paye 4 500$ de loyer. Pourquoi ? Parce que j'ai pas le choix. Vous devez être sous pression en permanence. Une vraie. Pas confortable. Si vous voulez faire des grandes choses, il faut arrêter de vous créer un environnement qui vous anesthésie. Si t’es à Bali, que tu manges pour 3$, que ton loyer est à 500€, que t’as le soleil, l’océan, des potes qui surfent toute la journée… comment tu veux être focus ? Tu seras toujours à deux décisions d’aller chiller. Et surtout, ton environnement devient ta norme. Si t’es entouré de gens qui optimisent leur confort au lieu de leur ambition, tu finis pareil. Alors oui, c’est un lifestyle cool. Et peut-être que je le ferai aussi un jour. Mais pas quand t’es en phase de build. Si t’es en mode lock-in, que tu dois charbonner, que tu veux vraiment level up. Va dans un environnement exigeant, cher, stimulant. Entouré de gens qui jouent un autre jeu. Parce qu’au fond, le vrai levier c’est pas d’économiser plus. C’est de gagner plus. Et pour ça, faut arrêter de chercher la facilité.

i'm the happiest when i'm locked in and it pisses me off i moved to thailand to work, explore and enjoy life beach, muay thai, shisha, coconuts... and yeah it's amazing but it feels empty something's missing i tried to force myself to relax and "enjoy the freedom" i built but sitting on a beach doing nothing makes me anxious even though I don't need to work that much, I just want to what kind of sick shit is that i escaped the 9-5 so i could be free and now i'm voluntarily locking myself in a dark room with a monster and a 90 minute timer because that's where i feel alive i think once you find work you actually love it stops being work and then "enjoying life" and "being locked in" become the same thing blessing and a curse but mostly a blessing cuz at least i'm getting rich from my addiction

mes 2 frérots @Sidees_ecom et @0xRandomzz rencontré grâce au build in public, qui taffent dans l’ombre alors qu’ils mettent à poil 95% du ecom FR, des vrais bonhommes et des vraies valeurs j’ai longtemps pensé qu’il y avait que des pourris en ecom, ils m’ont réconcilié avec ça

Tu dois prendre le temps de bien comprendre ta cible, quels sont ses besoins, sur quels angles les concurrents balance tout, et te servir de cette data pour faire des ads adaptés qui parlent parfaitement à cette audience Prendre du temps pour faire de la recherche et ensuite tester les top formats qui marche chez tes concurrents (direct ou indirect) Tout le reste c’est du bruit

Define what matters to you when you touch your first big money and this amount can be different to each of us so define the amount for you. What kind of man do you want to be? What lines won't you cross? Money amplifies who you already are. If you're empty, you'll just be rich and empty. Build the foundation first. The money will come and you'll actually enjoy it.
