A list of SM Entertainment and Tencent Music Entertainment’s incompetence throughout the rollout of Renjun’s solo debut:
• Teasers were announced 1 day before the release of the single.
• First teaser had problems with audio, therefore it had to be deleted and re-uploaded.
• Some music videos were posted later than it’s scheduled time of release.
• Schedules and teasers posted on the NCT Twitter/X and Instagram accounts were either late or not being posted at all.
• Music videos and live clips being posted in two channels, making fans confused on which to stream.
• Music videos weren’t being put into NCT’s music video playlist on YouTube.
• QQ Music links were not added on Renjun album release posts.
• Making the EP only available in Chinese music platforms only.
• The promotion only being a showcase along with some interviews and live chat sessions.
• Due to the extreme lack of promotion, Renjun and his fans had to promote the solo by themselves.
• Renjun’s solo schedules were not added on the SMTOWN app calendar.
