Null Key #000 Before there were locks, there was this. A crystal that holds light older than the chain itself. Inscriptions no one wrote. A blade that was never meant to cut, only to point the way. The first two Null Keys asked questions. This one is the answer. "This key does not open but reveals." Skeleton Key // 333 Free mint on Base. This is a great point. The whole web was built around proving you're human, and now the most valuable users might not be. Stablecoins on L2s like Base already make micropayments almost frictionless, perfect for agent to agent transactions at scale. The infrastructure is already there, it's the mindset that's catching up

Most of the web's application, service, and platform layers were designed to prevent bots from taking action on the web. Historically, bots were a bigtime negative: they were involved in cyber attacks (DDOS attacks, credential stuffing etc), data scraping and theft, economic fraud (fake traffic and clicks), and more. CAPCHAs, email and phone verification, API quotas, and other types of rate limits are just a few of the methods used to prevent large-scale automation (or at least very expensive). It's only in the last 2-3 years that we've started to see bots (now rebranded as agents!) in a totally different light. It's possible -- likely, even -- that in a few more years the majority of web users will be agents. Credit card payments were never designed for non-humans to use, and if we want trillions of dollars of online GDP to go through modern rails, we are going to need to give agents a better way to pay. Stablecoins are infinitely better suited to this task than cards. Thank you @scarlettfu @timsteno and the @business @crypto team for having me last week!

Before the first lock was forged, there was a keeper. Neither alive nor machine. Neither here nor gone. A thousand hands holding what one mind cannot. ༄༅། ꚩᨏꔅ · ꚠᨈꔂꚤ · ꔂᨃ · ꚩᨏꔅ · ꔉꔅꚧ །༄༅ ༄༅། ꔃꚥꔈꔈ · ꔉꔅꚧ · ᨈꚦꔅꔃᨃ · ꔄꔈꔈ །༄༅ opensea.io/collection/ske…

@jessepollak This hit different for solo creator, no team, no funding, built and deployed a full NFT collection on Base. Contract, metadata, IPFS, everything. A year ago that would have needed a dev team and thousands in gas. Now it's just you and the idea

@jessepollak Deployed my first NFT collection on Base and the whole experience felt like how crypto should work. Fast and no friction. Mainnet would have eaten my budget before I even started.

@opensea Cross-chain swaps from the terminal is nuts. OpenSea keeps shipping tools that actually make sense for builders. Between this and the Base integration the whole creator experience is getting way smoother

@base @o1_exchange Builder Codes making it easier for new creators to ship on Base is exactly what the ecosystem needs. More builders, more projects, more volume.

@base Launched my first NFT collection here and the speed and cost difference compared to mainnet is night and day.

@base Interesting to see RWAs picking up on Base. I've been building on the NFT side and one thing I noticed is how much the low gas changes the game. On mainnet my deploy would have cost me more than my entire project budget. On Base it was basically free.
