Once again we would like to apologize for the long downtime and assure you that throughout the whole incident all our efforts have been focused on minimizing the negative consequences for our clients.

UPDATE: The severity of the incident with our London DC has escalated and several hours ago we started our disaster recovery procedure. We are now restoring servers from offsite backups in our Amsterdam location and gradually putting them back online.

Due to a cooling issue yesterday in the datacenter used by our Google Cloud Servers, our website and emails are currently down. We're being assured the issue is being rectified ASAP, and hope to be back up soon.
