Thank you to everyone who has helped this year from donations and getting tops signed by celebs and footballers @UnsungheroMark & stewart bailey and everyone who has helped us raise 20k for 2 fabulous charities this year £110,000 in total in 10 years #givecancer2fingers

This year has been incredible as we've aimed to raise £10k for the Breast Cancer Unit at The Rvi in Newcastle with the surplus and what we've raised at the Ball we are able to give another 10k to The Dragonfly Cancer Trust. Overwhelmed #givecancer2fingers

Finally got round to St Oswald's Hospice Cheque Presentation for £10,000. Thank you everyone who has played a part in helping 4Q Cancer to be able to give another £10,000 to an incredible charity. This now makes 9 Charities #givecancer2fingers✌️

@antanddec @imacelebrity this year's #IMAC is one of the best really enjoying it. Been lucky to meet you both when working at the Airport and you've even signed our tops. I love working in the NHS and laugh/ taking the p#ss all day. Always good to see others enjoying their job😄

All I'm asking is for people to support & follow a terminally ill man who is campaigning on your behalf, how hard is it for people to do that I can't do this single handedly
