@7PU @anarchoboognish That’s not even OP’s point, we’re all aware of his crimes and it’s incredibly deserved. The problem is that they are taking these cases seriously NOW that a black man is involved. They should have been giving the death penalty to people like this BEFORE d4vid

@dontMINDdeezy @anarchoboognish the death penalty is more so a possibility as he is trying to fight his charges. if i'm correct, he would've only served life in jail had he entered a guilty plea which he did not do

as they should. any child groomer deserves the death penalty and it is saddening to see individuals be left off more than they should in some circumstances. i don't agree with it but d4vd is a huge figure. i don't believe this is about race in any way and is more so about seeking justice. if found guilty on all charges, which he had pleaded not guilty in the trial, he is looking at a higher sentence. this is the same for any case. i simply don't believe this is a race issue as there have been many other individuals of different races who have been sentenced to life in prison and so forth. the death penalty is something that hasn't been offered in years but you have to also imagine that letting individuals die instead of allowing them to rot in a jail cell where they will serve out their miserable life is arguably more tame

"so it's all in the mind" bro was lying before he knew it 💀 but yeah song lyrics alone will never be enough for a court trial. what will be is him grooming a child and also statutory rape. as for the murder, all signs point to him. he wasn't sane by any means and him grooming a minor was a key factor into his deranged mind. keep that mf locked up 🙏 even if he's somehow (no clue how this would be possible) found not guilty of the murder, he will instead be found guilty of posession of child pornography, statutory rape, harboring a minor in his residence (technically kidnapping), etc etc.

i should probably make this clear: i am not speaking about him making songs after her murder. i am speaking purely on publicly available evidence that shows this murder would've happened had celeste defied/threatened d4vd in any shape/form/way. all forms of possible premeditation imo
