What even is the point of having international friendlies? Arsenal clearly have told all of their players to pull out of international duty. If FIFA don’t crack down on this behavior, we will end up having youth teams fielded in any game that’s not competitive qualifying.

@patrikmachac @DarrenArsenal1 Saka is as effective as sterling at the minute. When he should be pushing on and deciding games for us, he's disappearing. He needs to sit out a few games and sort his head. His man scored twice yesterday and he offered zero going forward. All vibe, no output

Probably, because as we all know, we have had these performances this season, some we have got away with, some we have held on and scraped through, and some weve lost.
We have been capable of these types of performance every game.

The level of disappointment doesn’t quite feel right for a league cup final. It’s a strange feeling. Maybe it’s the performance and not turning up second half, I don’t know. But I don’t think a league cup game has ever impacted my mind as much as this one.

The technical level today was shockingly poor. I think about the team we were when we played Bayern earlier this season. A Bayern team that’s much better than this city team, including in possession. And we handled that challenge brilliantly. We are a shadow of that team atm

Terrible. The game was lost because Pep could basically put a narrow front-four in front of a midfield two and dare the rest to play around or over, and there wasn't enough technical security to do that. Hoofing is a contagion.

You'll hear all the nonsense about Man City and their technical ability... they had two shots on target against Arsenal at their worst. We hit the woodwork twice and had the best chance of the game.
One of those days, but we gifted City, won't happen in the next game.

@AFCFranchise Odegaard was missed big time as well. Couldn't string two passes together in midfield. Trossard and Saka were terrible. Dowman is probably our best forward at the minute! Haaland would've buried Kai's early chance

Brazilian footballer Jorginho says Chappell Roan’s security guard spoke to his wife and daughter in an “extremely aggressive manner” while they were staying at the same hotel as the singer.
He said his daughter recognized Chappell and “simply walked past the singer’s table” to confirm it was her, prompting the security guard to approach their table and tell his wife she shouldn’t allow her daughter to “disrespect” or “harass” other people. He added that the guard said he would file a complaint with the hotel.
