So @rxoinc cancelled my @onepeloton tread delivery today for third time since ordering it about a month ago. Saying they don’t have my tread in their position yet when they tried to deliver it a month ago I physically saw it. @onepeloton isn’t helping at all-no ownership :-(

@rxoinc attempted to deliver 3 weeks ago while I was home. Said they didn’t bring enough people to lift it up the stairs so will reschedule. Cancelled again. Now say they don’t have my item. I literally saw it in your truck 3 weeks ago. How do you not have it?

Extremely frustrated at @onepeloton I ordered a tread plus for Black Friday. Still not delivered. Peloton uses RXO to deliver and they have cancelled 3 times. I have cleared my work plans moved around childcare now three times. Contacted both pelo and RXO neither helped at all.

@unionlosangeles Yes this makes sense. My issue is that one of my charges went through and confirmed on your site after my 15th attempt on the drop v2.0. I still have no email confirmation and two charges…Help!!!?!?!?
