Thank you! It’s a combo of PrimeTween (Unity asset) + some code to procedurally find all the parts that need to be dropped, plus lots of timing tweaks so it feels right. Also, some procedural delays and height-based grouping so things fall more “logically,” and scaffolding is built/removed on cue.

@AboveCoTM Beautiful animation with perfect bounce, but the scaffolding seems more work than the construction itself? How did you achieve this, did you have to animate each set of polygons by hand?
