@agoda Peace be upon you. I have reservation number 1985882923. I paid 3668 for three days at the Hilton Qatar. On Saturday, I had to leave the hotel at 12 noon due to the war. I have one day remaining on my reservation and would like a refund for that day. I hope you understand

Today I booked a room from @agoda where it's clearly mentioned that check in date is March 2 and check out date is March 3. When I reached at hotel they told me it's day use only 11 am to 5 PM. When I reached out to support they said it is what it is.
