@HoneyToaster I have checked our systems and the flight was delayed overnight because the aircraft arrived late from its previous flight due to air traffic control restrictions. The disruption to your flight is outside of our control and is considered to be an extraordinary circumstance. Afika

@easyJet hi what is going on with the ezy3330 flight - cancelled yesterday, today we are stranded in overnight hotel, no sign of the pick up bus that was meant to take us back to the airport at 7am.

@easyJet left my family and many others abandoned after cancelling our flight to London Gatwick from enfidna hammamet. Absolutely disgraceful. Gave us a hotel but no way to get to it. Taxis refused us and the coach your ‘representatives’ said was coming didn’t. @MartinSLewis

@easyJet never had such an appalling service with any airline. I raised a complaint 3 weeks ago and all I’m getting is automated responses from Gayatri, Sean and Pratik. They left us stranded in Gatwick airport with a 3 year old and pregnant wife! Had to purchase new tickets!
