@easyJet left my family and many others abandoned after cancelling our flight to London Gatwick from enfidna hammamet. Absolutely disgraceful. Gave us a hotel but no way to get to it. Taxis refused us and the coach your ‘representatives’ said was coming didn’t. @MartinSLewis

@easyJet never had such an appalling service with any airline. I raised a complaint 3 weeks ago and all I’m getting is automated responses from Gayatri, Sean and Pratik. They left us stranded in Gatwick airport with a 3 year old and pregnant wife! Had to purchase new tickets!
