In enterprise risk management, a large part of the job is imagining what could go wrong before it happens. We build risk scenarios, stress tests, and controls around human behavior.
We should be doing the same for AI agents.

Exactly. The missing bridge is that companies still train people and deploy agents as if these are two separate systems. But if agents create operational risk, L&D has to be part of the control layer: role scenarios, escalation paths, human override, failure drills, and manager literacy. Otherwise governance stays a policy document, not a working behavior.
